Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Wanda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Science from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
Her passion for real estate began with positions at insurance and mortgage banking firms.
After earning her brokerage license, she formed her own firm, where she specialized in residential home re-sales and new construction. After practicing for 15 years on the Island, she relocated to Tampa in 2007.
Studying diligently, Wanda earned her Florida Broker’s License in 2011, and she has been working full time as a Residential Broker Associate in the Tampa Bay area since.
“Moving from the Puerto Rican real estate market to the Florida market was a real challenge for me. In Florida, real estate is a completely different scenario – different laws, different systems. But I’m persistent – I don’t give up,” she explains.
Wanda is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, which has proven very useful in Tampa Bay’s growing, diversifying marketplace.
“I love my work, and love working with my team at FITZ REAL ESTATE SERVICES. We’re a small firm, which allows us to give each client the personal specialized attention they deserve,” she adds.
